Ocotillo House
Ocotillo House is a beautiful 1930s adobe that was once the family home of the famed artistic family, the DeGrazias. Ted DeGrazia was an acclaimed Arizona artist. This residence originally had two houses and one casita, as well as an area with a stage and seating for musical events and allegedly a pit for cockfighting.
The house is located in the historically designated Blenheim-Elm neighborhood of Central Tucson. This recently renovated home has twelve-foot high wood beam ceilings and tile floors. There are two bedrooms each with adjoining bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet, a queen bed with memory foam mattress, an office/work area, and a full bathroom with tub and shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, dresser, closet and an attached bathroom with a tiled shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you would need to prepare wonderful meals. An antique kitchen table expands to accomodate four people comfortably.
Ocotillo House is close to the University of Arizona campus, University Medical Center, High Corbett Field (Spring baseball) and the historic Arizona Inn. Nearby you'll find restaurants, markets and coffee houses and an Enterprise car rental is just few blocks away.
